FRONT DESK
The front desk role at The Handle Bar is a fast-paced job requiring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for fitness! In addition to hourly pay, our front desk team members enjoy discounted & complimentary classes and special event access.
The HB Desk team is the first face our members see when they walk in the door. We pride ourselves in radiating positivity and welcoming everyone who comes in to the studio with warmth, and inclusion. The front desk acts similarly to the front of house at a restaurant — moving quickly and efficiently, but always with the client's experience held in priority. The ideal front desk applicant is a stellar multitasker and a total people person!

Applicants with flexible availability and the willingness to work weekends and some holidays will be prioritized.
INSTRUCTOR
The Handle Bar instructor role is a highly sought-after position, and of course an extremely important one within our organization. We look for candidates that are strong athletes, natural leaders, and gifted community builders. The application and audition process is highly competitive. After at least one, typically multiple audition rounds, chosen candidates are accepted into a Handle Bar training program and begin training on one of The Handle Bar's class methods.
Our instructor team is a constantly growing group of confident individuals who can command with their presence and lead a room with skilled and knowledgeable instruction. Instructors teach anywhere from 2 to 10 classes a week, with frequent opportunities to add more to their schedule.
